Our coaching sessions will give you the tools to create a balanced lifestyle and the self-motivation to reach your wellbeing goals through foods that love you back and habits that resonate with you.
Taking a holistic approach
There are two parts to your wellbeing journey:
#1: Deep-diving to the root causes of dis-balance, in order to address and heal them. I use Gabor Mate’s Compassionate Inquiry method to help you gently peel back the layers and gain clarity on why you are where you are.
#2: Creating the right conditions for balance to be restored. We do this by exploring nutrition and lifestyle changes adapted to your circumstances, tastes and goals, and reconnecting with your true self – the one beyond the cravings and coping mechanisms.
